    This is a huge joke. NOTIFY ME is garbage that does not work, and Razer seems not to care since they have no update or assistance for the people who at a minimum spent $999 and want to drop another $400. Lousy customer service! I can only imagine if a problem arises what the merry-go-round would be. Its 2016 how about stepping up and giving your customers some sort of update ?? <SALT OFF>

    Razer makes such good products but their online store operation is a huge black eye in my view. I can't for the life of me figure out why it's not possible to make simple changes to orders that aren't scheduled to ship for days or weeks. I've never before run into another company who is completely unable to modify or access their own orders. They badly need to fix this.

    Slightly off topic from the core, should I do anything special when booting up my RBS for the first time? Comes in the mail tomorrow evening and was just curious if there is anything that needs attention out of the box, or any excessive bloat ware that I need to remove. Anything helps, thank you :)
  4. I've found the system to be pretty clean. If this is your first win10 install though, you may want to read up a bit on installation as the default has you sharing a lot of information and actions.

    That's crazy that they are unwilling to do something that is completely feasible. I am looking to RMA and fully refund my Blade Stealth , takes them 2 days to get back to me and they stated they wanted to give me a STORE CREDIT.. I replied with I want a refund, no answer yet. I guess I now have to wait another 2 days for the reply. Thankfully I started this process on 2nd day of ownership to HOPEFULLY make all the emails within the 14 day return period. This company is SHADY!!!!

    Would be great if it comes with the Qualcomm Killer Wireless 1535! Something to incorporate in the later editions perhaps?

    Well i had ordered mine even though the code did not work. Went around and around with support and got no support for my $100 discount. Finally I emailed them and told them the LEAST they could do was give me $100 store credit. Not what I would have preferred but ive waited months and tired of having just an expensive 4k ultrabook. Ordered the Sabertooth controller. Needless to say, after spending $3k+ in merch from Razer in the past 5 months, these will be my last purchases from this company until they fix this whole store/support issue. The need to open an actual customer service line via phone. I hate contacting a company via email, gives them too much room for abuse and neglect. Will never order anything from them on "preorder" again, that's for sure, and that's if i ever order anything from them in the future. It's unfortunate because I was definitely a text book "fan-boy"... i really hope the Core is worth it for use on my Stealth. Otherwise it will be the nail in the coffin for me.

    I was lucky enough to order one a week ago but the bigger issue is the rate at which they are building them. They revealed the core back in January but were probably building them before hand. The core officially goes on sale in march but doesn't ship til may, goes on sale again shortly in June and then sells out right away again. It is hard to fathom that Razer is building at such a slow rate for half a year. With other companies about to come out with the same type of product, Razers market share will drop and will only be their fault......

    I bet they have them on hand and are doing a limited launch. That's what I would do, especially with something so heavy to ship.

    you do realize that the BBB is a joke right? it's basically a paid subscription for vendors and they have now sway over anyone.

    Yeah, it will be interesting. Mine has jumped up to 'In Process' this morning. hopefully shipped in next 24 hours. Now, just need the 1070 to go back on sale

    MSI gtx 1070 gaming x looks hot
    but I don't think it is released yet, I've heard that it priced at 380$ I don't know how accurate this info is
