The new wired Razer Mamba Tournament Edition is now up for pre-order on RazerStore: http://rzr.to/mambaTE.

Having the most advanced tech is awesome, but not everyone may require that. We distilled the Razer Mamba to its essentials, singling out key features critical for competitive play. This is the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition and it is all about control, comfort and customization.

Outfitted with an ultra-precise 16,000 DPI 5G sensor, highly customizable Chroma lighting from the side strips to the Razer logo - all in a refined ergonomic design. The Mamba TE is the essence of ownage.

Lock in your unit today: http://rzr.to/mambaTE.

19 AUG 2015 - Quick update on the Razer Mamba:
We noted a couple of isolated user reports relating to tracking on the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition, issue in particular being that the cursor would stop moving for a short amount of time.

We have looked into this and have completed a firmware update to address this issue – this firmware is available through Razer Support. If you think that you have been affect by this problem – please contact us directly via Razer Support at www.razersupport.com/email.

We’d like to highlight that this issue is isolated and it does not affect every Razer Mamba Tournament Edition unit. All units with serial number PM153513770494 onward will come preloaded with the new Firmware.
If you’re gaming with it and have no issues then there is no need to request the firmware through Razer Support.

    Thanks for the feedback.

hmmmm... my mouse isn't broken so I cannot justify it. Would it be wrong to smash my old Mamba so I'd have no choice but to upgrade?

Awesome! Sadly i already have a mouse and it would be kinda stoopit to replace a 2 month old Deathadder Chroma...
  13. Hell yeah that means the wireless version isn't that far behind :D

How does this compare to the Deathadder? I have a Deathadder, but I'm wondering if it's worth switching to the Mamba..

Unless you plan on doing a full upgrade to the normal Mamba, just wait till your death adder dies out. The mamba will be here waiting for you.
