    Redeemed my silver for the mug on sunday to find out there aren't any available. I just asked support if i lose the 100k zSilver if this does not come back into stock. Lets see what they say.

    I don't wanna waste 100K if I can't get the mug anyway.
    But I would also love to know if I can get my code now, and wait... or if it's too ricky..

    I am also getting the "Your Shopping Bag Is Empty" when trying to redeem my voucher for my Chroma Mug. Contacted the RazerStore, so really hope they can sort it out. I redeemed it for the US store if anyone is curious.

    Fastest way is to spend zGold. Top up when there is a good deal like now when you spend $100 you get $125 worth of zGold. Then spend $80 of that to get 15,000 zSilver.
    Otherwise it's up to 40 a day from daily login to Cortex and up to 900 a day for gaming. Which can still add up pretty quick in a couple months.
    Insider Rewards gives some too but it's not much.

    Same here! At least it's for all of us. From what others have said it sounds like it should be working by next week.

    I'm still scared about getting my code, but then not being able to get the cup...
    I kinda wish there was a safe way of knowing you get one, if you have a code...

    But I'm not... so... Meh D;

    i have same problem z vault says its out of stock for europe but under it says they are working on stock avaibility ... well i hope my 100k zsilver is not rip f:confused_:rever

    arena login, arena tournament no longer work... you can get 940 zsilver a day from playing supported games. Otherwise, you buy games with the zgold which you get a zsilver reward depending on amount of zgold spent.

    To those in EU/Europa.
    I'm sorry to tell but it seems we are not gonna get any more mugs :frown_:

    I contacted Support to hear if there would be some kind of rotation on the mugs, due to their message on the redeem page.

    I got this "As the Razer Mug Holder is produced in very limited quantities, stocks for your region have completely ran out.
    We do not foresee the Mug will be restocked. Please do consider other available items on our catalog."

    So I guess we in europe have no reason to try get the mug.
    I however don't know what will happen to those who have redeemed anyway.

    Keep earning you have more options having more zSilver and think positively, the CEO just added someone's mug on his Facebook recently which i think the stock will be added again once they have enough it on stock, like other stores items. The mug seems to be most wanted item in cortexs free gifts so it will be quickly out of stock since it is now the 4th months from it started. I think maybe the CS only provide other solutions to handle high demand on one item.

    Then why they didn't block redemption if they are out of stock. I mean now atleast they marked it as out of stock on the redeem page but when i redeemed my voucher last week it was still marked as "hot" yet it wasn't available in the store already, i wouldn't redeem if it say out of stock back then. I will be pretty pissed if this mean that i will lose 100k zsilver because of wrong info from razer side. I understand if there are no more mugs, it was limited item, but i expect that i atleast get back my 100k zsilver that i lost without my fault.

    I'm trying to think positiv... But I am pretty sad about it...
    I really wanted that mug (like many others) and then a few days before I finally got enough zsilver, it's gone..
    And sure I can use my zsilver on other things, I plan to do that, and by all means I'm not gonna stop getting zsilver just because the mug is gone, I got tons of stuff I want...

    But.... . .
    The mug was special, and so... I can't really compare it with a diffrent product...
