The Razer Mug Holder

    This is my point too. When I asked Razer support about getting my 100k zSilver back or if the voucher code will be good past the 7/31/17 expiration date.

    "Please be assured that you will still be able to use the voucher code if the issue is not resolved by the end of the month.
    We will update you as soon as we can."

    Eases my mind a little but not enough for me to stop worrying that all the silver earned is now gone.

    Bad luck is Razer is taking the zSilver and giving you a code when they don't have any more mugs.

    Indeed - I'm kinda worried...
    There is likely, what, 1000+ people who have redeemed without being able to get the mug in the end
    Because they don't remove/close the redeem button

    I think it's quite possible..
    That mug is THE RAZER DREAM at the moment.
    I would have jumped on it too if I hadn't spotted the Light Grey on white page - "Out Of Stock"...

    So yeah... I think Razer might stand with a problem..
    No matter if it's 1000 or 100 people who have redeemed

    I kid you not the only place who have them now is new Zealand so i feel bad for so many people who wont get there's at all. I hope they do make some more for the people who never got there's

    Yup... It's horrible.. And likely only getting worse..
    They should make a compensation in some way if they don't reinstate the 100K that the person lost. In my opinion atleast, cuz it's not news that people was gonna go insane once they had enough silver...

    Since they decided not to remove the redeem button, I really think it's the number one mistake here.
    The second it's out of stock, that button should be gone..

    I hate to sound this negative, but it really worries me..

    It sucks for all the people and its such a bad move on razer's behalf. It really worries me because there not going to do anything for all the people who want one and are super close so they should make a round 2 of them because people are close and some people have even ordered and wont get anything so well done razer on messing up again. Like at least let people get there points back or just do round 2 of them and say since so many people wanted them were making more and then everyone wins and razer still get there money at the end of the day.

    So an update from Canada. I reached out again to the @Razersupport via twitter today and they are looking into the situation but can do little to nothing as this problem lies solely in the Vault. I had made my redemption on the 12th of July, so a week ago today when the mug holder was 'selling fast' and 'red hot' and my unique cart did not work as so many other have noticed. It just took me to 'your cart is empty' page. I reached out to support on the 12th, the 13th, I was redirected to the store razerzone.com then from their support to the vault again. Finally, after a case# and a ticket ID #, i was told by the vault that this was a known glitch and the store would be fixing the problem. Then I was told they were adjusting the stock in my area and They told me to 'Try again early this week', nothing worked. Still no mug. Finally today the 19th they switched the mug holder to 'Out of Stock' in my Canada. I am still waiting to hear back from the vault and @Razersupport is following up on the case for more info. I have 12 days left until my redemption code expires.

    This is why razer is such a bad company and i know you can call me a hypocrite because im going for the RGB mug coaster (no else dose it though) but at the end of the day the support is trash and this whole RGB mug coaster is so out of hand and no one knows what is going on anymore and dude it must suck for you not being able to get it i really hope they make more and you get yourself one and i think since there "out of stock" everywhere they must have done it on purpose to get this whole thing sorted out and i really hope they do come out and say something about it because its stupid

    Keep us posted on the situation if they do get back to you. Many people redeemed the mug even when it got out of stock so a lot of people in the same situation of losing 100k zSilver.
