I think the problem is that no-one has figured out how to get these power banks to deliver enough power for higher draw systems, even though that are capable of USB-C power delivery (like the Dell XPS 15, 2016 MacBook Pro 15" and Razer Blade).

I think the question I still have though is whether they could at least provide some power, or if they simply wouldn't work at all - I feel like I've read about people using USB C power banks with the 15" 2016 MacBook Pro and at least getting some power delivery, especially when the laptop isn't doing much.

Cool a power bank from Razer. With Razer's reputation of super thin laptops, would have expected a super thin power bank. A lil bulky tho but guess will have to see how well it performs.

Ya I don't think it will since Razer blade isn't charged via USB C

    It's pretty small considering it's a 12,500 mAh.

Looks awesome, but like everyone else here I'm a bit anxious to hear the price xD
Don't really feel like I can afford to drop $100+ on a power bank >.<

No. The Razer Power Bank is not compatible with the Razer Blade. The Razer Power Bank is only compatible with USB-C powered laptops such as the Razer Blade Stealth.

I think I read somewhere by default the Razer Blade with 1060 does not allow charging via Thunderbolt port. I believe Razer disable that by default because maximum the port can only provide 100 Watts and the computer needs 160 Watts. I looked in the Bios, and under chipset it says enable USB charge function disabled. I'm assuming if you want to charge via Thunderbolt 3 / USB type-c you could do it by enabling that but I'm not sure. If that is the case the battery should work just fine clearly it won't work while gaming cuz discharge will happen faster than it can charge, but if you're at a coffee shop and you're surfing the internet maybe watching some videos the battery pack is going to be amazing. Even for the Razer Blade. If this thing is going to work with the razor blade I'm super excited.
