doubtful as razer has avoided playstation in the past. I suspect it is because their previous xbox controllers are easy to port to pc use

This remote looks really good! Im planning to get an Xbox one or a ps4, what do you guys think is better? I'm thinking Xbox one just because there is a lot more people that have it, but I kind of like ps4 games.

Look at the Game exclusives to be honest as it is really the main deciding factor.

From a hardware perspective I think the PS4 just trumps the xbone.

that said I did buy a xbox myself as enjoy halo, preferred the xbox pad over the dual shock, and there is the added plus of the pc>>>xbox connectivity.

I have both consoles, mainly for each of their exclusives, but I prefer Xbox due to the controller, having a lot of my friends on Xbox and the exclusives being more appealing to me.

The PS4 however I personally think runs better than the One, the UI is much better and it just looks better than the One.

so the elite has already sold out but Msoft expecting to restock in time for Xmas. Will we see the wildcat soon?

  10. Any updated info on release from Razer would be welcomed. I have the Sabertooth that I use with a Cronusmax right now and love it, but I really like the way the Wildcat uses a usb connection instead of the cord the Sabertooth uses.

They did say that it will release in October, which would mean it gets released today or tomorrow.

  12. Can you plug this into a PC and have it work ? I don't have a console but I do have games like Dark Souls 2 which I play with a Xbox controller.

yes its been confirmed it will be fully pc compatible. It's my intended use too

  14. Sweet ! Guess I'll get to change my horrible wireless controller out, its like disconnecting when i'm playing, the battery pack is also really loose, so it just keeps turning off by itself ._.

depends what your using it for. The steam controller is more comparable to the standard xbox one controller.

If you are looking for a more "premium" / competitive product, and don't mind paying for it, then you want to look at the wildcat, scuff or the new "elite" controller.

The reviews for the xbox one elite have all been pretty positive. Its a weighty controller but is obviously built to last with it's metal components. I think this is also reflected in the fact it has sold out so quickly. Whether this is m'soft just driving up demand for xmas however, well your guess is as good as mine.

I'm waiting to see how the wildcat holds up before pulling the trigger on either. That said cough @razer cough we are waiting for news !

I don't like the magnets on the Xbox One Elite controller. Oh, and there was this guy on Reddit whose Destiny character was deleted because the paddles underneath registered button presses when he set the controller down to do something else.

I think I want the Wildcat more - can't wait!

  17. I actually got lucky and found an Elite controller at my local GS yesterday and after trying it out for the whole night, it was a complete waste of my time calling around like crazy to try and find one. The triggers are placed too close to the outside of the controller and there are many times when I have accidentally hit a paddle. Its a great looking controller, but the design and weight is a big issue imo. I'm selling it and either getting a Sabertooth again or waiting for the Wildcat.

I have been looking for a release date for this controller and a lot of sources say october and now its november. I wish we had an update on the status of the controller. Im wondering if the controller is buggy or just breaks too easily. These are the only reasons why I think this controller has not been released yet.

  19. Just a heads up for anyone looking to get the Wildcat. There's finally a listing on Amazon for it and you can go ahead and order and they'll ship when it's ready. Already placed my order :)

  20. Is there anyone at Razer that can give us some sort of info on a time frame for the release of the Wildcat? It was announced to be out in October. That didn't happen. Now a week into Nov. and no updates.
