    Just change your browser as has been mentioned in this thread, its funky like that. It works on chrome on my phone, but not my laptop, and works on firefox on my laptop, but not my phone. Just a few bugs XD

    I tried changing browsers initially after reading that but it didn't change the endless spinning. After your post about different devices I pulled out the surface pro and it finally loaded. I guess it doesn't like my PC or phone. Thanks!

    Just sits on an endless Razer zVault loading screen for me. Solid start!

    if ur going to quote me at least quote the entire passage.
    I stand by what I said. it is a micro transaction. every time u get someone to use the razer apps to acquire coins,log into of whatever other marketing schemes. not to mention the partner companies like riot. more agendas all the while trying to push more product on the consumer. keep jumping through the hoops. thx but if u want customer loyalty u wouldn't jerk them around. but just take my words out of context. community manager. shame on you.

    i have tried to use Firefox for Zvault but that dos not work.
    Installed google chrome, this did not work either.
    *Installed Opera. Everything worked fine.*

    Maybe there are some java issues or addons that cause these problems?

    Interesting how "KakashiSharingan" was banned for simply asking about the new system...

    We're happy to elaborate and clarify on any questions relating to the new system which is what we are doing here, what we don't is for users to be intentionally mean to another user and once you rack up one too many reports, moderator action will be taken. Which would be the case. We're here to ensure that all our fans have a pleasant experience, everyone is certainly allowed to disagree on something, or feel strongly about an issue and you can certainly express that without calling names or resorting to personal attacks.

    Is this the actual representation of the Insider Rewards?

    Or will the Insider Rewards be something different?

    We are still in the midst of working on this, and I will detail what it will look like for Razer Insider when we have more information to share.

    Right now the focus of Razer zVault would be to gather feedback from our gamers on what the experience is like and possibly see what kind of rewards they'd like to see.

    Well to respond to both those:
    • Really like it so far, nice being rewarded for using Razer services, would love for it to expand to products (registered products in Synapse give a one-time bonus perhaps?)
    • Site is cool, I think it would also make sense if it made it's home within Razer Cortex as well, as a way to manage and order stuff without a webpage. Probably unnecessary but it just seems well suited to that location :)
    • Rewards offered are pretty cool! I'm mostly interested in the peripherals you can earn (Firefly yessss) but the discounts seem useful too. I do wonder however how redeeming works, do you get a code like with Insiders? Do you need to make a purchase to redeem the free peripherals? This information isn't overly clear. For example getting the discounts on products would be more useful if it could be stacked with store promotions instead of taking up that solo coupon slot if that's how it works.
    But yeah otherwise looking really good! I suppose looking into why so many people have troubles logging in is also something to work out haha. Awesome job though, completely unexpected but wholeheartedly welcomed!

  12. Having a collection of thousand over games, i really have to agree with this. Hoping to see more partners in time to come such as steam, origin, gmg, humble bundle, gog. Cheers!

    Guys, I've read the Agreement Policy (yes, I've actually read it), and its stated that I have to reside in any of the following countries:
    What happens if I don't? I doubt it would affect my zVault experience.

    I really want to be use the bonus, but I don't want to break the ToS :sweat_smile:

    It'll affect your ability to redeem zSilver for bonuses, basically making the system somewhat less useful for you. You'll notice that when you try and redeem a reward it'll ask you which country you reside in, and grey out any which you can't get that reward in. The codes will only work in the stores of that country you choose, meaning that if you live outside any of the accepted stores you'll find it hard to make the most of your zVault :)

    Hi there. I'm trying to verify my profile, but when I click next after inserting all my details, nothing happens. Waited 10 minutes and nothing seems to be loading. No circle or loading screen or anything like that.

    Doesn't make sense to me. Razerzone's store ships to Croatia, and I've ordered multiple times from there, and there were no problems about the country I reside in. I don't see why couldn't Razer ship the rewards from zVault to me, if they can do so from the store.

    Through smite site. Go to store and order something. Choose the paying system "Razer". You can find it the same way you find Visa or MasterCard
