    please tell me where to sign up to get paid by hating others. I need to troll them back by promoting Razer product at their site. Razer has already create the first paid to game program in the whole world, which no other game company would WANT to make it. @Min-Liang Tan My razer kraken leather has been peeling off, is there any replacement sold in razer shop? please sold the one with genuine leather and not synthetic. thanks

    Some people are day after day worse. But really they are Envious and hate everything they can't have and understand.
    Continue to this road Razer, don't let few frustating "gamers" ruin your passion and work.

    I've been using Razer gear for years, and the only thing that makes a gaming company better is having them pay me to play games.

    These definitely seem like paid shills to me.

    To all of you at Razer - keep up the good work, the true gamers appreciate it!!

    I don't see how we can stop them as users since haters gonna hate. So at best this would be a call to be more openly positive, supportive, and to have the positive shares outnumber the negative messages.

    I think we can do that much. Try not to let this bother you since they're just angry (unpaid) kids whose parents did not teach them respect. :)

    Well Min-Liang, this is one easy way to interprete the critizism by unhappy customers.. For me, I am in touch with razer support for 8 weeks now and they did not solve my problems so far.. I have my third Razer Blade Pro RMA and still issues which are not solved. And when I try to raise this topic in this forum, the mods delete my posts uncommented.. I know, this is no support forum, but where else should I try to find an open ear, if the support is not helping and I cannot raise any problems/ critizism here?

    Even though shipping prices may be high and stuff, in general i'm just glad Razer has this program that no other company's have where you can get free stuff with paying only shipping, Witch in most cases is a lot less then the product is worth and what it would cost you to buy right out of store.
    Keep it up, The ZSilver and Paid to Play programs are great imo, Even if it does miscount a couple hours or so, At least your still getting free stuff for a small shipping fee xD

    yes is true but like me that I'm from chile I don't see how I can redeem something :slightly_sad: and is sad. BTW about the shipping I think that we have to pay it no razer...

    I love Razer, which I hope is obvious, I even really like the zSilver system. However, I don't have the time to play as often as I'd like and honestly, the games I play most are not on the P2P system. I just suck it up and figure I'll get zSilver when I get it. I'm really not in a rush. However, the one that does truly get me bummed is that I missed out on the Chroma Mug. I really did want to earn that, and on the old system I think I could've done it with ease. However, now, even many months later I still only have 28,322 zSilver. I'd like to think that I'm a good supporter of Razer and not one of the entitled brats, but I do wish the contributions on Insider counted for a bit more.

    However, seeing as how it's all just gravy regardless, I refuse to truly complain about it because eventually it'll all add up. Regardless of how I get rewarded someday I'll be able to pick something I want from the zSilver rewards, which is still better than any other company I'm aware of.

    There will always be trolls, but I sincerely hope for their mental health these comments are not actually serious.
    Feeling entitled to free stuff that would otherwise quite expensive is just ridiculous.

    Keep it up! Break open another industry like you did with the blades!

    It's not easy to get the zSilver to get cool stuff, but it's still possible. Teh shipping feer are a downer, but still comprehensible.

  13. zsilver is an amazing service, it allows us hardcore gamers to work towards somthing other than beating the story line or maxing out a character. The people who complain must never have used a razer product because they're amazing products.

    "How come I didn't get zSilver credited for 2 hours of playing? WTF Razer, you owe me for that, don't be a prick and cheat me out of it." this one.

    Sometime, on my old laptop, after hours of playing CSGO I really didn't get anything. But it never happened on my big boy.
    To be honest, I got really mad, but then I realized I'm getting something for free. And if it goes wrong sometime, it's not the end of the world. It's just setting me back by a day or two.

    I am personally after your razer mug and i am trying all i can, thanks for the 50 zsilver for my birthday yesterday, since my desktop mainboard broke and i cant game anymore. Maybe i find a game which got cortex support i can game on the blade stealth. Currently figuring out to use Corel with usable performance on software side.

    Paying for shipping yes could suck for some people, but shipping at most should never be more then $10 and your getting a product worth $50+ for $10 sounds like a deal to me.

    Hope zSilver doesnt go away :/

    I think at one point it was bugged for me. But hey, i get to earn free stuff. Who cares! And its fixed for me now.

    Sure, but one in the midwest or kansas ish would be cool too. But online is good. It would just be nice to be able to try both keyboards i am picking from in the same store. Not bestbuy and walmart, 75 miles between

    Having passion as the head of a company is critical to its success in an environment such as ours, the Gaming Community. This is what translates to realistically usable and desirable products.

    This of course leads to a personal connection which is then affected by ANY form of negativity aimed at the company, being felt below the belt on a human level.

    I'd urge you Mr @Min-Liang Tan, sir, to take this into consideration when dealing with such input. This is the internet after all, and being surprised at people being whiny little bitches is akin to expressing astonishment at the sea being wet after all! On top of which children such as that, and I refer to 60 year olds behaving in that manner as children as clearly this is what they are, with their entitled attitudes is an issue rife in the 21st century and in my mind a clear reminder of why Darwinism should not be left to its own devices and controlled sterilisation is in order!

    Having ranted down that avenue, thank you for your sterling work and I urge you to rethink your rewards program as I think such activities are fantastic marketing and equally fantastic community attitude improvement tools. Me? I love free stuff, passionately. But will always hurl money at things that I think are cool, and your programs and gaming community involvement are the primary reason why my 32 year relationship with Logitech (C7 in 1985) ended 13 months ago...and moved to Razer.
