Hello, I bought a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed and I love it. While there is nothing wrong with the mouse usually I try to keep my things updated. The mouse firmware appears to be on 1.0.5.0. The “Software and Firmware Updates for Razer Peripherals” page does not list the V3 X Hyperspeed firmware currently. Is that a mistake? How can you update the firmware for it?

My native language is not English, I use a translator, sorry in advance.I wanted to enable 7.1 sound, but this requires a serial number and this caused 3 problems1) I found the serial number, but it is partially erased, some numbers are not visible, but the barcode is fine.2) when I launched the official Razer program for 7.1, the computer stopped recognizing the microphone3) how to put the ear pad of the left earphone back))
Purchased this unit for use with my Windows 10 PC in May of 2022. Working great until a week ago. No response from the USB dongle so I am forced to use the headset as wired which is not ideal. Steps I have taken to correct the issue:-Uninstalled / Reinstalled razer synapse software-Nari firmware updater-Razer Nari Pairing utility-Nari Dongle Recovery tool All unsuccessful. Dongle is not responsive to the paring utility and is not detected by the recovery tool

Sup Razer developers! Could you implement in Synapse an option to immediately stop free-mode scrolling after I scrolled using Smart Reel? When I used my old Logitech MX Master before, it immediately switched in normal scroll mode after quick scrolling (and it was so cool), but Basilisk V3 Pro does not. It continues to use free mode even I scroll in the opposite side! And turns into a standard mode only after I stop using scroll + 0.5 sec (too long!). I wish to have an automatic brake (i. e. going into the standard non-free mode) when Smart Reel scrolling speed goes lower than some threshhold. Could you implement a checkbox in Synapse for that? Configurable threshold could be a bonus, but at least a checkbox right under “Smart Reel” one.
hi everyone, i had this razer huntsman mini for a couple of months and never had this issue, this day, when i came back home, i noticed my a bind was “sticky”, i tried to remove it but there’s nothing inside it and i didn’t spill anything that could make it like that, it’s just harder to press and it takes more time to get back up. Anyone knows how to fix this or had this problem before?
I have been using the Tartarus Pro for a couple of months and it was working just fine, suddenly 2 days ago is stopped working, now every time I plug it in it’s either black and non-responsive or it lights up and works as if it has no profile for 5-30 seconds before dieing or just the scroll wheel lights up but it still doesn’t work. I can’t find the Tartarus on the Devices list but every day when I boot up the PC it still lights up and starts up as if it had no profile for the first 10 seconds… it does this to all of my 3 PCs. I have no clue what the problem is but I doubt it’s hardware since it works just fine for 5-30 seconds then completely stops working. Uninstalling and redownloading synapses/ drivers with the troubleshooting tool did nothing, and I even uninstalled all Riot games and rebooted everything still nothing.
