    good day to you all,
    just got my new headphones, very impressed...except for the fact that they keep randomly beeping. There fully charged, right next to the receiver, yet keep randomly beeping. I've searched the forum, and haven't seen anyone else that has the same problem be answered yet. I hope its something lame that I'm doing, please help.. and yes I've updated the hardware on a PC and here is the SN: (*Omitted)

  2. I am having the same problem with a headset that is 2 years old. I've tried every suggestion I can find on to resolve this issue, with no luck and am not to contact technical support, for help in resolving it.

    Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Does the issue happen even after depleting the battery and charging it for four (4) hours straight? Should the issue persist, please contact your reseller and have it replaced.

    Thanks for the reply, that's way more then support has done for me, been going back and forth with them through emails for over a week now. I don't really think that's going to work but we are going to try it, I was hoping that it would have been a known issue with a easy fix, but ty for your time

    i'm kind of curious if the problem could have started from a recent firmware upgrade
  7. I installed the firmware update several months ago and until recently the headset work fine. Tonight I finally shut it down while trying to watch a Netflix video where over 75% of the audio was cut out due to the constant beeping and dropping of the connection. At this point I'm going to start looking for a replacement headset, send my Thresher headset back to Razer Corporate in California along with a letter of the lack of technical support they offer both here and on their website.

    I'm sorry to hear that, laughs, and i don't even work for razer. I've worked with computers since, well, a vey long time, i remember when razer first started, that's what made me get these headphones. I thought well they've been around for this long?, yea very disappointed. i bought mine through amazon, and yes there back in the box and going back. I'd love to post my emails, the back and forth ones from the past couple weeks, but i wont. Just saying, really razer? get it together.

    Dwward01 New Member I tried to post my email...the one between support and me, that is the biggest bunch of bullshit I have ever seen...and yes, you can only post a maximum of something like 155 words?, I've been going back and forth with a bunch of, I don't know, what would you call them?, rent a support team? for weeks, every night. None of them know anything about razer products. I wish you all could read this email. They keep passing my account to someone else, and then that person asks me the same thing, then they try to tell me how to update my soundcard drivers? really RAZER, WTF does that have to do with a PS4, totally crazy. Totally Bullshit
