I THINK when I first got my headset it was working fine. I got it within the last year but now when I’m in Party Chat after 30-60 mins, just a guess, my Party Chat messes up. I can still hear game audio and I can talk and my party can hear me but I cannot here them. The only fix is to Hard Reset my Xbox One X. To “not” have this happen before I get into a game and Party Chat I Hard Reset my Xbox ahead of time and have no issues. But if I don’t Hard Reset the issues happen. I have contacted Microsoft but haven’t heard back yet. My gut tells me it’s the dashboard itself that is causing the problem possibly. I am in the advanced beta software for dashboard updates as well.
Any thoughts or recommendations would be wonderful. Please and thank you.
