Thunderbolt 3 Audio Distortion with my 2019 Razer Blade Advanced

Hi,

I own a mid 2019 Razer Blade Advanced Mercury White Edition equipped with a thunderbolt 3 port. I am using it in tandem with a Presonus Quantum 2626 Thunderbolt 3 equipped audio interface and previously used the Apollo Arrow from Universal Audio. Whilst using both interfaces I have experienced audio pops and clicks as well as bit crush distortion when plugged into a power source. This issue still occurs when the computer is unplugged but to a lesser degree.

I have tried all of the power optimization techniques suggested by various forums and have, at this point tried two separate audio interfaces. My current interface, the Presonus Quantum 2626 works on my desktop PC also equipped with a thunderbolt 3 port so I know that it is working properly.

Please let me know what you can do about this issue as it is ruining my audio production experience. Thank you!

Hi,
i have exactly the same issue. everytime the device is connected to a power outlet it creates strange noise on my external audio card.
additinally i noticed that the camera is "flickering" when plugged in - maybe these issues connect and there is some interference generated by connecting to a power outlet? this is reproducible on my TS3+ dock and with the original charger.
i'm using razer blade stealth 13" 2019
Tengo el mismo problema .. : levemente_sad:

logró repararlo?
nope... still the same... would be nice if a razer employee can comment on this?
