Thunderbolt control center detects nothing and the control center is not shown at the system tray

I just encountered this problem that the Thunderbolt Control Center detects nothing or sending no notifications when I connected my Razer Blade 15 Advanced model(2020) with an XB271HU external monitor with a thunderbolt3 to DP cable. I noticed this problem because the monitor got occasionally "slept" that I have to replug the cable to wake it up and after I reconnected it, it got a little bit of slow and I had to restart the computer to fresh it. When it's refreshed, the system works fine, supporting 2K, 144Hz just fine, but it has been annoyed me for at least the last 48 hours. Please help me, folks, even just a lead or thought will contribute. Thanks!

Hi haoranwang94! Thanks for sharing your Razer Blade 15's concern here. Are you referring to this model? Have you tried updating the laptop Windows operating system, NVidia graphics driver, and BIOS firmware? Should the issue persists, please submit a case or send me a PM. Let's continue from there.

Thank you for reaching out! I have updated my Windows system, updated BIOS to 1.06, EC to 1.01. Furthermore, I also used another Thunderbolt3 to DP1.4 cable, closed every power settings could let to sleep mode, but it sitll persists.
