THX Spatial Audio: Unable to select Output Device

After weeks of having issues with the Synapse software (reinstalling at least 6 times) I finally got it working but nothing shows up as THX Audio. I even tried downloading and paying for the THX Spatial Audio desktop version and now I cannot select an output device. I have uninstalled everything, deleted temp files, registry keys, all Razer, Synapse, and THX folders, removed headset, and ran the cleanup to remove all the drives. I'm at a lost here. BlackShark Pro V2. Windows 10 Pro. All drives and software has been updated. Firewall and Antivirus have been turned off during testing.
