when I lower the volume it don't mute the sound instead it makes the left side of the headset mute and the right side a little bit weak and when I max the volume with subwoofer I notice there is a little bass in the left side and the right side's bass is stronger I went to Control panel> hardware and sounds> sounds> levels

I checked if it's balance and it was balanced I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstall it nothing changed sometimes it mutes the left side completely when max volume and it does nothing to the right side also sometimes it switches the bass from right side to be stronger to left side to be stronger and the EQ is on default

When you say that you're lowering the volume, are you adjusting the volume levels via the in-line controls or the sound settings on your PC?

I adjust the volume sing the in-line control

also I don't have the receipt that I bought it but I have the mail that shows the activation code will it help bringing it to the store and fixing it?

Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify the warranty status? If the issue is with the inline volume control, there isn't much to do but get a replacement so let's start from there.

the issue is not only the inline volume control sometimes the left side doesn't work it has nothing to do with the in line volume control, when I move the headset from where the dual subwoofer is located the left side is distorted then after the distortion the left side just mutes and I cannot hear anything not until I move the headset from where the subwoofer is located.
