Tiamat 7.1 v2 not working.

I recently purchased the aforementioned headphones second-hand and after plugging it into my desktop I get no sound. The desktop recognizes the headphones as a device, but not as headphones. I've tried only plugging the stereo cords in and still nothing. The headphones and hub light up and I can interact with the knob and buttons. My motherboard is the AsRock Steel Legend B450 which supports the 7.1 channel.

I uploaded an image of my device list to show how it's being displayed.

If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, please post it here! Thank you so much for your time. :D

Update: I plugged the headphones into my laptop and I could get sound from them. So I'm not sure what the issue is with my PC. I even plugged in the USB then the speaker cord like I did on my laptop and still no sound is emitted.

Bumping again to get help. Already submitted a ticket to Razer but they haven't responded and it's been about 4 days now. I cannot reach them via chat or call either. I cannot figure it out for the life of me.

im having this same exact issue i have the tiamt v2, computer sees them as a input device but the dont show up under the sound setting and i get no audio out.
