Tracking Razer Orders/Shipments

    This is correct - it is **Delivered** in 1-4 days. That means that after the in-house processing and whatever happens, then once it's put into the mail you will have within 1-4 days. Express delivery has no effect on the in house processing.

    Then send a private message to @Razer|WolfPack @Razer|Gwynbleidd @Razer|Technokat or @RΛZΞR | RaptureHearts that incluces the support ticket number (would've been in the automated e-mail response that tells you that your ticket was received) and all of the information and ask them to please look into the status of the support ticket for you.

    Well, I can give them that, I guess. However, having been told I will receive a confirmation email in 48 hours with my order password; it's now 144 hours later and still no confirmation.

    So, I called the office in Germany and it seems there was an issue with the email address on file. I've given a different address and will hopefully receive those details soon.

    So, the confirmation just came through. Still no password to check the order status. It was supposed to be on the order confirmation email. I can't see how the password would be useful once it's shipped, so I'm doubting it'll be on the shipping email.

    estan Ganando Tiempo Para Que cancelemos los pedidos Cansados de Esperar. A mi me Dijeron que estan teniendo el error de Sistema y que no saben cuando lo solucionaran.
    La Unica Alternativa Que Me Dieron FUE O Esperar o cancelarlo.

  5. Even if the order is still processing, how do they do their shipping often.. like when the amount of items being sold or just a set of time like near weekends?

    If I understand the process correctly shipments go out multiple times per day. Processing is quite different from being ready to be shipped though. The Processing portion is ensuring stock, making sure each product goes out in the order in which they were purchased and getting the exact shipment info to the correct warehouse to send it out. Then once the warehouse hands it off to the shipping company, then it's officially in the shipping phase. However, so long as it's still during a business day, I'm pretty sure that shipments go out regularly nearly every day.
     
  7. What if my order got backordered.
    When i purchased the item when it was telling me that it was in stock.
    1 week later it's out of stock?

    I have no way to say with absolute certainty, but knowing how other warehouses / companies have worked in the past I'm going to guess that orders are sent into the warehouse in batches. They then send out the orders as they receive them, but it does not update the inventory on the store website instantly, that is something that probably needs to be done via a daily update. (or perhaps a few times per day) So, if you put in an order at the same time as many others and the orders were sent out in the order in which they were received then it's entirely possible for them to run out of stock before every order is fulfilled and before they have the opportunity to update the store page. In which case you would receive an e-mail informing you of the new backorder status. However, this does mean that you would be that much closer to the front of the line once the new stock is received, and normally it doesn't take all too long if an item is on backorder. I've had a to wait for a few myself.
     
  9. Yea i got in contact with them now for like 8 days.
    They are telling me the items are in stock and will be send to me between 1 - 3 days.
    I'm the only one at the moment that purchase the item from EU.
    They didn't keep the promise and I send them a new e-mail.
    To ask about the process.
    1 - 2 days later i got a e-mail with a answer.
    That they will investigate the procesing of my order and will send higher up the stages.
    They hope to send it ASAP.

    Please allow up to 48 business hours for an update from me. For good measure.

    They are extending it everytime now :slightly_sad:
    I'm feeling sad about this.
