Hello everyone, I'm trying to reload my account with my visa card but that's always gives me the error [ Transaction failed ] even though I have reload it with the same visa last Monday and I didn't have any problem, any help?

Thank you for responding, Actually that's what I did at the same time I posted this thread but I thought maybe there's a technical problem or somebody else have the same issue after I called my bank customer servers and did another payment on other website and it's was perfectly fine.

Another question, Is the support not available on the chat as I saw there https://gold.razer.com/help?section=0

I got you, but it's now around 7:25 PM and I still can't access the chat, as there's no link on there.
