Hello.
I sent a ticket, but they didn't answer me.
Why I can't see my transaction History?

I bought some things in Archeage Unchained in 2019 and i can't see this in my Transaction History.
My problem is that I need this information.

You may view your transaction history for the past two (2) months by accessing the "Transaction History" section on your Razer Gold dashboard.
If you notice any discrepancies in your Razer Gold transactions, you should notify Razer immediately. Razer will commence investigation of the discrepancy as soon as it acknowledges receipt of your case, and you will be informed of the results of Razer's investigation within seven (7) business days after the date of completion of the investigation. All decisions of Razer in respect of such investigations are final.
