hey, i bought an e-pin for popmundo and the payment was succesfull. but e-pin isn’t given i sent three e-mails still nobody helps me.. the website say’s the reload isn’t succesful yet, wait for it. it’s been 24 hours. do you guys know about this problem?

Contact coustmer razer shop chat and prepare the order number you have on your accunt. There i feel you get more info and the agent should help you with this.
