Here in Germany we now have Razer Rewards when purchasing items from the Razer Online Store. But here I have of course also made a few points over the years. Is there a way to transfer the rewards? I use the same ID here and in the store.

It is not possible to transfer Razer Gold or Razer Silver balances between wallets.
Yes, I'm not concerned about the co-payment either. But only the rewards. I now have about 6000 Silver Rewards here. In the store account I now have about 5000, but I would like to combine them. But since we have the Shop Rewards here only a few weeks, it was not possible before. Is it not possible to unite them? I also wanted to write to the support, but I thought there is a simple way.

Previously, they didn't not have the plan to merge both of them if I recall it correctly.
However, you can submit a ticket to our Razer Gold Team here, and you can also contact them via Live Chat to get latest information regarding this to have a better clarification.
