Took me days to figure this out. 10 day old units [KB+M]
Bought it for my Xbox One X. I cannot use a controller with handicapped hands.
EITHER on Xbox or PC IT WILL NOT CHARGE unless Xbox or PC are ON.... yes!
Unplug Bluetooth and they will not charge...
What do we do?
Fortunately I bought this through Microsoft and they sending me an exchange. Which I bet will be the same! And yes, the software updates have been done...
Am I missing something?
