If you play with a group of other players/streamers I personally really enjoy Mixer. The ability to co-stream makes for a really great spectator experience in seeing all the group in a single feed vs having to jump from one to another. Mixer is also great because their viewing numbers are small right now you can pickup watchers more easily if you get one or two people joining your steam.

On the other hand Twitch is established and has a lot more viewers. If you can get support and people constantly watching your steam can get bigger fast.

TL;DR Mixer is a really great place to start and offers some really unique tools vs Twitch is established but takes a lot of work to grow.

I think twitch is better, cause this is first time I hear about a platform a mixer. :D

new platform, less competitors and less audience, my suggest is tryout both and see which one suit you better, although its quite hard to startup on twitch as a new streamer

Twitch is the bigger, more obvious platform choice, but if you're just starting out as a streamer, you're unlikely to get noticed, and it can be a bit demoralising (it happened to me).
I moved to Mixer, and have had much more success there. My average viewership per stream is over double what I had on Twitch, and the community is currently less toxic (probably because it is a smaller, less well known service).
If you're just starting out, I'd recommend Mixer for sure.

but i think mixer is more for english speaker, since its still small.

I've seen a few other languages on there (spanish and portuguese mostly) but there is a language filter option so that you can choose for Mixer to only display streams to you that are in your native language.

Twitch has the larger audience but also more competitive. Mixer is Microsoft owned (personally like Microsoft more than Amazon) if you stream on mixer while playing a Microsoft game like Sea, gears, halo ect. you're almost guarantee to get featured on the landing page as well as on the XBOX home page. Every time I dual stream I get featured 1/15 streams on mixer where I have never been featured on Twitch.
