Unable to Authenticate 2-factor

I don't have access to my old email account and haven't logged into my Razer ID in a long time. I would like to update my phone email, etc. but I cant get past the 2-factor authentication. I'm currently logged into the account I'm trying to update and know all my credentials but I cant do anything. Also I do not have any other devices linked to my account Please Help!
