I just have to say this: I am so fed up of seeing people being so ungrateful on these forums.

Most of the time they might find an issue, but won't take it to support, they will whine about it here (this was before they added support to the forums), and don't even follow the advice of other people trying to help.

The thing that really bothers me is how people will buy Razer stuff, then complain about it like they know what they're talking about. Fair enough, some people will have knowledge on how things should run, but unless you work for the company, you can't know what is possibly happening at the company.
So many people are complaining about Synapse 3 still being in beta and that the programmers are a bunch of monkeys etc, and it frustrates me, because I see them updating Synapse 3 fairly often, adding new features and supporting more devices. Also, these people complaining probably couldn't write the code needed for the functionality of Synapse 3, so why criticise the people that are trying. They have so many things going on at Razer, so many devices and software to maintain, that of course it will take time to make everything work how it should.

I just wish people were more grateful. Fair enough, air your opinions. But blatantly harassing people and degrading those trying to help isn't having an opinion, it's being a keyboard warrior and making people feel bad because they can.

Also, I know not everyone is being ungrateful about Razer, and I'm not saying you all are. But some few very vocal people can make it seem like there are more of them than there actually are.

    You go girl!

  3. I support your post 100%, although it is no less true that sometimes we spend it with technical support, it has happened to me, but I still love Razer
