Unknown Razer Blade 15 Battery Issue

Hi - I bought my Razer Blade 15, GTX 1070 Advanced Model back in early 2019. The computer has two issues, one is that the webcam isn’t detected, similar to several other reports on this forum.

The other is that the battery has just started acting up. I cannot use the computer without it being plugged into mains power. It immediately powers off when disconnected. I generated a battery report through command prompt which says that the battery currently has 101% capacity, and I have also ensured all my battery drivers are up to date. This leads me to believe that this could either be a loose connection with the battery, or it is completely busted. Any ideas?

Thanks for stopping by.

Hey there! Thanks for letting me know. Please send me a PM together with the following:

a. System Information
b. BIOS main tab

How to enter the BIOS setup on a Windows 10 PC:

1. Navigate to settings. You can get there by clicking the gear icon on the Start menu.
2. Select Update & security.
3. Select Recovery from the left menu.
4. Click Restart Now under Advanced startup. The computer will reboot to a special menu.
5. Click Troubleshoot.
6. Click Advanced options.
7. Select UEFI Firmware Settings. If you don't see this icon, then press Startup Settings, instead. When your PC is restarting, tap F1 (or F2) to access the BIOS.
8. Click Restart.
9. Your system will restart and take you to the BIOS.

Please save the photos/screenshots via Google Drive or Dropbox and send me the link. Let's continue from there.
