Why would you ever want USB-C for a mouse?
  2. Because it's smaller and increasingly ubiquitous on modern hardware.

If you are the sort of enthusiast who would buy a high-end mouse like this, why would you want to use a legacy interconnect?

So, Mamba is going to be discontinued?

Ya True, Maybe 5 years from now. Right now imagine if all your peripherals were USB-C, everyone would need tons of adapters since people have 1 USB-C at the very most. And most people have 0. Someday though:thumbsup:
  5. I guess the choice is either adapters now, or adapters later. :)

can we get this with wireless charging and a FireFly that charges it?

Pretty pictures, but I'd love to see what the dongle looks like actually plugged in to a laptop. Learned that lesson a few years back with my Naga. "Wireless" only works if you're playing on a desktop!

Since the Tournament Edition is available, is there any news regarding the release date / pre-order date for the wireless version?

Yes. It looks amazing, but I'm quite unsure about how it'll work.
Will there be 2 different version of Razer Synapse? Or maybe they called it PRO just to show how the software itself evolved?

Maybe they'll group up every Razer software in Razer Central (as they did with Cortex).

Will it be free or a subscription/1 payment to use?
Will every device be compatible with it? Or just the newest ones? (Eg. Razer Naga Chroma 2016 & Razer Blackwidow 2016 Chroma please :D?)

IMO, it'll be a new synapse version included in Razer Central, also: free.

Hey, thanks for the clarification! appreciate it! But shouldn't the z-axis bug be rectified already? But IMO, i still prefer wired haha

Synapse Pro looks amazing but I hope it eventually works with the previous generation of chroma devices like the mamba

If Chief gamer Min is brave as Tim-you-know-who, he can do it. Imagine the 2018 Blades with all USB-C ports and update all the mouse with usbC plugs. Sure its a cost in production, but its better sooner thanks later. Plus, people using razer Blades can naturally use Razer mice. Want some Logitechs ? Get adapters !
