Unresponsive keys
I read that i need to hard reset by disconecting, pressing some keys and reconecting, but one of the keys i need to press is the 'caps' and it is not working, what do i do?

- Do you know what Synapse version is supported for your keyboard?
- Have you updated the Synapse?
- You might need to update the firmware of your keyboard, see the keyboard category by clicking here
- What OS do you use?
- Windows
- MacOS
- Linux
- Have you updated your Windows version?
If you are still facing an issue, then we can consider the Hardware fault on the keyboard

Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? If your keyboard does belong to the specific model listed from this link, please perform the provided steps. Else, please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to check its model and look into other solutions.
