Like that some of the ZSilver rewards had their prices cut down, overall its a nice new layout in my books 😉.

The price cuts are nice but after upgrading I lost some old transaction data for some zSilver redemptions. Its nice that there is a copy of all transactions via email but maybe someone should look into it.

Dont get me wrong, I like the price cuts but I liked the older layout better. Maybe after getting used to this I wouldnt feel the same.
Is there any chance of Paid to Play program to come back? :frown_:

The currency conversion works for a few regions for now, and most common is the USD exchange. For some other countries in EU, like mine, 1 currency is like 0.2 USD so it's not really that low. But still nice to see these changes and hope for more people to use them, and nice price adjustments on zsilver catalog. I'm really curious about those other ways of earning silver.
Will I still be able to convert my money to use in Steam like we could on the previous site www.mol.com because I can't find it anywhere.

Also, I can't even seem to buy anything on the Store anyways because it says that I am not allowed to view this page. Why?
The new layout of the website looks very pretty, it shown that the team spent a lot of effort on there. Thanks for having this great update.
Would like to see zsilver redemption in India as well. There are alot of people using mogul here.

I don't see any option to spend ZGold anywhere... Not even on Razer Game Store.

EDIT: Spoke too soon... Works now.
Love the new range of zSilver rewards at reduced price! Sadly I redeemed all my zSilver before the upgrade. Looking forward to earning more zSilver with Paid to Play.

Looks decent so far, the prices got reduced but the Silver received for buying games also got cut in half.
The one thing I really don't like is the "boosted Silver" for exclusive games is very deceiving since you don't get anymore when using Gold (which almost everyone will be using).

yah right ... so far i'm totally dissapionted:

1. i select euro ( no country guide what is best to select during the upgrade process )

2. try to buy gold with paypal ( as before ) :
- for same amount of 80 usd value i need ( cost 8000 zGold before), now i need 71 gold , BUT i should pay more in the end ( as paypal currency convertor show in final step )
- all buying attempts end with transaction pending BUT transaction history remain empty ... no fund taked or hold on bank account... and if i don't take manually screenshot i have no prove of anything.

3. So, buy with paypal = is a total failure so far, and if a transaction should take 2-3 working days, then what is the point to use gold anymore ? until i succede to get gold my game bonus can expire ... also other online payments are instantly ( as zGold use to be )

.... so where are the improvements ? because i only get problems.

P.S. i was using in the past zGold with paypal and was just fine, so is not first time ....
Hi just want to ask anyone experienced pendinng transaction from reloading razer gold using paypal???? its been 2 days now... no feedback from them and i was just confident that my transaction would be recorded but unfortunately none... this platform is really making things complicated for me... cause i have a transaction on my game that needs the MOL points damn... ruined things bigtime....

@Japopoy ... i giveup on paypal for now, and succede to reload gold with skrill, you should try with other payments avaible to your location

Fist i paid thru Razer buying a online game and everything was fine, then suddenly maintenance appeared. I could not confirmed my thru Razer payments thru my bank because it always failed. So i tried MOL thru Dragon pay just this 1st day of the month of December i received confirmation the third of the day i was upset because MOL reply confirmation thru my email was Failed due to - Error: Your account is not registered in our system yet o_O WHAT? i tried to online chat customer support they just give me Ticket and Case number. then until now i cant used my gold. Please expedite this issue it should be fix lots of customer including me was not happy about it.
Does zvault have a call number ? So i could just talk to them bout some problems ?
