USB-C/Thunderbolt hub keeps disconnecting on Blade 15 advanced

    We have two Razer blade 15: Base model and the advanced one that was recently purchased. I have a USB-C/Thunderbold hub that works perfectly on the base model, but when I plug it into the advanced one, the laptop makes a disconnecting sound every 4-6 seconds. Both USB-C ports on the Advanced model have the same problem so I suspected it was a software issue.

    I have tried everything including:
    -Going to device manager and not allowing the computer to disconnect the device to save power
    -Going to the power options and disabled USB selective suspend
    -Toggling the integrated thunderbolt feature in the BIOS
    -Uninstalling the hub in device manager and reinstalling the driver
    -Reinstalling thunderbolt drivers through the Razer.com provided driver files
    -Resetting Windows completely and removing all files.
