Well I lost the use of charging my Razer phone. So that's cool... Purchased April 2019.
For $800 you'd think a phone would last at least 2 years. I would like a replacement USB C port and board part, and on behalf of everyone who posts these threads, I would like compensation for them, either as a $ amount or a replacement part as your service team is in doubt too busy figuring out how to market the next product to the next weary person.
The part can not be found online and so far, there has been no help from your team after submitting a request for this.
