USB Soundcard busted?
Hello, I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2. It came with everything and it was all good. I plugged in the stuff and I installed the drivers and the synapse and whatnot. Then I tried listening to music through the USB, no audio is put through to the headset with the USB, instead, it gets rerouted to the speakers. I have tried restarting, using a different USB port, unplugging, and replugging. Nothing seems to work, it always reroutes the sound to the speakers. There are no problems with the mic, just audio, I was wondering how I could fix this? I tried using a corsair USB card, and that actually did work, but I would rather use the Razer one. Is it broken or am I just stupid? Thanks for your time.

Update: Ok, I have an update. It seems that I have fixed it, but now the mic audio sounds crinkly and absolutely terrible, So yeah.
RAZER produce great Headset products. Let us look at hardware troubleshooting
Hardware
Hardware
- Check if you have any exposed wires on the Blackshark V2
- Try plug to a different computer and synapse installed and see if it works better.
If yes, than it is an issue of your old computer; if no, than the fault is with the Headset
