Hey,
today buyed an Razer Sila router.
Is installed and get internet both my computer and android phone.
But when use android app will not connect or pair connect.
But wifi can I connect too.
Bluetooth is enable too.
What is wrong !!

I would recommend contacting a razer moderator, I do not have those products and wish I could help, good luck.

you could try messaging them on twitter but they may not respond. Otherwise you can try google for an answer or just wait for another person to respond to this thread.
a ways down this thread there are some things you can try, If this solves or does not solve your problem I hope you do not judge all razer products based on this experience. Also, make sur you register the product under your account, if you do not you will not be eligible for a warranty or replacement. (could you give me a like or follow me, I could use the silver)

Why is the Razer Sila app unable to access the Razer Sila router?
This is due to the communication between the Razer Sila and the Razer cloud server is not working properly. The app may show that the Razer Sila router is offline, even though the THS logo is either blinking blue or green and is functional without any issues. Under normal conditions, the Razer Sila will self-recover within one and a half hours. If the issue persists, turn off the Razer Sila and power it on again after 10 seconds.
