Using Windows-Key or Arrow-Keys in Macros on small keyboards

I am using the Huntsman mini (60% Keyboard) and trying to make custom macros, but I can't use the arrow keys or the Windows keys inside them because Razer synapse ignores them while recording macros. Is there a way to fix this, or is this a bug?
For Example:
I want to make a macro that maximizes windows (Windows key + up arrow), so I start a new macro recording, press the Windows key, the Hypershift/Fn button which activates the second layer and "I" (up arrow on the second layer). Synapse completely ignores that though and only detects "I"

Does the issue happen while signing out, then log back in as a guest user? Please reset the mouse through the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
