Hi guys,

just saw someone on Reddit who's allegedly one/general account of your support team, asking people to send him their serial numbers...?
Can someone validate this weird account?

I'm doing consulting for community building and growth marketing & these kind of things are the moments to shine as a brand. I'd say if you want to turn this fail into a firework, find u/KHANDev or u/hristiqnd on reddit, to ask for their help in investigating the scammer with the official razer account (Exists?) & check the SN they gave to that guy. If he is as dumb as it seems, he might have already filed warranty claims on his clearname and adress.
Then.... you probably can guess, get your devices back or whatever you like to proceed with & light him up on replies to his comments teehee




In case i'm wrongfully accusing your employees here and it's just awfully communicated

@Dom0x Your concern is greatly appreciated, but RazerCustAdvocacy is the only account we use as support on Reddit. I'm on there sometimes too. :wink_:
