I bought a brand new Viper Mini 1 week ago and 2 days ago I noticed RGB flickering on the mouse which is most prominent when i use the Breathing preset from Synapse 3. (Flickering might be from day 1 but i just noticed it 2 days ago).
The mouse feels great apart from RGB with no visual damage.
I wanted to ask if this is normal for Viper Mini as it is my very first gaming mouse?
Also if this is not a hardware issue then can someone help me to resolve it?
Note: The mouse was manufactured in 3rd week of 2022.

and if its doesnt work after you clean Reinstall. go to settings. there is gear icon on top right. Click on reset. and Reset your mice from there. if this still doesnt work, most likely hardware issue.

I did clean installation of Synapse many times and I also reset the mouse from settings

would you mind share your video here, if you can. i just want to confirm something coz yesterday had the same issue and i fix it. if its indeed looks exactly the same as i did i might know how to solved it. if you feel uncofortable.most likely hardware issue that you can get an exchange.

looks like a hardware issue, you can have it exchanged at the store, and they will give you the new one. hope you get the right one

coz, i had Viper Mini myself, I see the different between your and mind, come to conclusions perhaps its hardware issue. on top of that you did tried all the step that i have given you. theres nothing else i can help with if it's a hardware problem. except for you to get it exchanged,
