I have had my Viper Ultimate for a few days now and I had to reboot my PC for an unrelated issue. When the login screen comes up I type in my password to load my desktop, however the mouse does not work I gave it about 10 minutes of just sitting to see if it would come back but it didnt. I tried removing the dongle and trying another USB port, and after about 3 different ports the mouse finally connects. After it connects I can move the dongle as I please to any USB port, including the one on the dock, and it works just fine, but not after a reboot.
Things I have tried..
Verified latest mouse FW
Disable "Turn on fast startup" in power options
Plugged in old USB wired mouse to verify ports.
Connecting the dock directly to the back of the pc, rule out front panel ports.
