Viper Ultimate grip tape diamond shape problem

I'm wondering if razer could fix the diamond shape on the viper ultimate grip tape because it is more grippy when the diamond shape is horizontal like it shows on the box, while the one that come in the box is vertical, making it okay but not as grippy as if the diamond shape was horizontal. I've tested this with the razer universal grip tape and it does make a difference.
