Viper Ultimate not charging over %97

Hello there,

My viper ultimate is not charging over %97 on Synapse but charging dock lights keep flashing like charging normally and to go for 100% I'm putting mouse to the table and get back on the dock. Are there any known software issue or it is about hardware?
