Viper Ultimate not detected by Synapse v2.21
Have upgraded firmware to latest 1.0.1 (?) using the app from the support page, but still nothing. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Leaving this here for future buyers of the Viper Ultimate:
1. You won't regret it. It feels light, super responsive and the extension charger and transmitter is great if your PC is below your desk / away from your mousepad
2. If you're running Synapse v2.x, just uninstall it, plug in your new Viper Ultimate and reboot your PC. The auto install will take care of the rest
