Warning to potential Razer Customers

Do not buy Razer laptop products. They fail due to poor product quality/QC, and once you send them for repair under warranty, Razer customer service provide generic, unhelpful and misleading updates in rude patronising responses without ever resolving cases. In the past 20 months I have had two razer blades fail while under warranty with the same fault due to poor product quality/design. Avoid like the plague.
