hello , im from indonesia
im buying razer blackwidow 5 months ago , and i got error in my kyboard


some keys from my keyboard error and can't work properly. can you guys give me advice, how should i claim warranty on this product.

As far as I know, Razer is the best gaming product, and takes good care of its users, please help, thank you

Allow me to assist you with this. Were there any changes to your system/device before the issue? Is Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and look into possible solutions. Let's take it from there.
