If you don't see it listed, means it is gone like mine. I wont even have that in Device Manager.
I have been issued with an RMA to send my laptop to Germany to be looked at.
I currently need it for working from home, and im poretty sure ill have to pay as its outside of the one year warranty.. so im not sure its worth is.. cheaper to buy a USB webcam with built in mic.
damn.. i was trying to find some ways of trying to get that back. online drivers, windows update or something. anyone has any solutions?

Same here, device manager does not show up anything for cameras.

hey there! I have the same issue, what do I need to do? I can't send my laptop for repair as I need it in order to work...
Nothing seems to fix this issue, currently in the process of getting mine packaged and shipped to Germany to be looked at.. frustrating.
Same here, the support want me to send my unit. They claim that the camera is not plugged to the motherboard. I'm waiting for their instructions but i think i will definitely open the laptop to see if it's plugged or not !

An update for anyone interested..
Just got my laptop back from Germany. The screen was replaced and the camera and microphone now work perfectly. But they also kindly replaced my 144Hz screen with a 60Hz one... so i guess the fun continues!
