Weird lag issue

Hey all, I am a new Razer user and kind of new when it comes to the inner workings of PC's and Laptops. Anyway, I just downloaded Halo reach to play and I checked to make sure my laptop is able to run it. I have the Razer blade 15 advanced model. But when I go in to play the campaign it is completely unplayable. Every thing looks fine, but when I go to move or do any kind of action it sort of.. skips. Like I am missing frames or something. Prior to this I had some audio lag when I play league of legends and playing iTunes at the same time once the client switches from in game to out of game. This is the best spec computer I ever had so I don't thing it is a performance issue. I had a friend say its probably the drivers when I explained the sound issue. But I have no idea how to uninstall/reinstall drivers and such. Any and all help/ suggestions would be amazing. Do I just have a lemon?
