    Can u answer my question i send 100 msg to support no answers

    Why people who bought stuff on this sale get trace numbers and like few wrote they already got stuff in home and me who bought and paid for BW chroma on 1st sale still have backorder and no other msg after that ... pretty funny i w8 10 days they own it after few hours :) enough is just tell me how long it will take , can wait but i need know how long ......
    I didnt pay by credit card i payd with paypal so my money gone

    First, you were able to order a BW Chroma in the first sale, which many people weren't able to do. I saw one post where someone said he/she would be willing to wait *two* backorder cycles for a BW Chroma order. Consider yourself a little lucky, I suppose.

    Razer's store is run by Digital River, which isn't good about communications; however, they will eventually deliver if your order is in. (You have your order confirmation number, right?) You ordered a very popular item during a very busy time. They're dealing with fulfilling two CES sales and three Nabu X sales at the moment. They're getting stock that was order three months ago. Who knows what the predictions were for BW Chroma sales at that time? Short of it: If you got a confirmation on your order, you'll eventually get it.

    If you paid with PayPal, whether by bank withdrawal or credit card, /PayPal/ will pull the funds *immediately*. If you paid by credit card directly, Digital River will normally put a Pending charge on the card and then pull the funds /just prior/ to shipping. Since you paid with PayPal via credit card, you won't have the luxury of seeing when your BW Chroma is ready to ship by watching your credit card account. You'll have to wait for an email from Digital River saying it's shipped.

    So im not the one who wont w8 forever for keyboard :)

    its almost 100 euro and i can spend it for something i can get now not in blind future.

    99% refund if they wont email me in 1 week

    I think this is a good example of why Razer won't do backorders. People will only wait so long. If it's not in stock, don't try to sell it.

    Someone in another thread got an email from Digital River about being backordered on the BW Chroma and they gave him an estimated date of Jan. 28th. He was willing to wait, as long as he knew he was good to go. Hopefully you'll get some communications from Digital River. They're not known for good communications, unfortunately.
  6. Wanted to order a BW chroma, but it got sold out in less then 30 seconds.

    Razer even mentioned they would restock as much as possible, guess that didnt do much.

    Digital River runs stores for many companies and their communications have always been uneven. They do deliver, eventually, but it's not like dealing with Amazon.

    Consider mine a first world problem-cautionary tale. I managed to get a razer Blade 2014 128GB in the first sale. After waiting a few days and even calling the support folks, my order shipped on or around the 14th, with a scheduled delivery date via fedex ground on Tuesday, Jan 20. So despite not having much in the way of vacation time and a ton of work to do, I took yesterday off to get the item. especially since FedEx ground requires a signature and I live in a house.

    So after spending the majority of the day in a room, adjacent to the front door, I checked my tracker only to see that FedEx said that they had attempted delivery, but owner wasn't home. This seemed impossible to me so I called to find out what was happening. Long story short, the driver apparently went to the wrong house. To make matters worse, the contract that Razer has with FedEx requires that it be delivered to the shipping address and get a signature. FedEx could not schedule a specific time for deliver, nor could they hold it at a physical location where I could just go and pick it up. They said Razer would have to contact them and change the terms so that I could choose a time or go a place for pickup.

    So again I called Razer, worked my way through a couple of folks to somebody who said they would contact their shipping department and have fedex set up a physical pickup for me. I am still waiting for confirmation on that. If this doesn't happen, I am not certain what to do as FedEx attempts delivery while I am at work.

    so if you are in the US and your item gets sent via FedEx ground, just be aware that it can become a chore to get your item. I am just hoping at some point I can work out a way to get my laptop soon. My fear is that they will attempt 3 times and then just send the item back to Razer.

    I bought a Blackwidow Ultimate classic. Wanted the Chroma like many others but was unable to nab it due to the code flip and heavy traffic. I'm still very grateful for the opportunity that Razer provided for fans to get 50% off :)

    Scored myself a leviathan and I just got the Shipping Confirmation last night. Hopefully It gets here by Friday or Saturday. I also bought a Chroma Bundle for $360 with $140 saving exactly 2 weeks ago. I received an email that the bundle should be shipped to me on Jan. 28. Excitedly waiting on my doorstep and looking forward to those packages. Hopefully everything goes well :D

    I'm currently sitting next to my wife who is using her MacBook. We agreed that my Blade looks like an evil MacBook.

    The Blade is definitely faster. The touchpad is almost identical in feel (although I can't seem to find a setting for two-finger-right-click). The touchscreen is nice. I get a little more than 4 hours for browsing and light video use. I haven't tried gaming on battery. I haven't done a lot of gaming on it yet as I have a beastly gaming rig. This is for when I travel. I should be at a client site in early Feb, so it'll get a workout then.

    Thanks to the remedial sale, I picked up a new Ouroboros. I've been using one of the original Mambas, and felt it was about time for an upgrade, particularly something that worked with Synapse 2.0. Also, living in CA made the free shipping effectively next day, which, was just awesome.

    While I totally empathize with you, especially considering what you bought... would you really want them to just leave a several thousand dollar laptop sitting in a box on your porch? The signature confirmation kind of makes sense, even if it is a bit inconvenient. Those first world problems though...
