As an owner of a Razer Blade 14 (2016) QHD+ 512gb with GTX 1060, I guess I will respond to your list:
    1. Smaller bezels (go for something like apple have done i the new macbook)
Yes, smaller bezels would be nice, but I would NOT want smaller bezels if it means sacrificing the webcam like the dell XPS which has a webcam pointed directly into your chin/nose, you can call it a chincam.
    2. Much more silent fans like 100% silent fans, if you are using it in high school or at work it is very annoying (thats one of the reasons i havent bought the new one yet)
The fans ARE 100% silent when you are not playing games. You should try to see a 2017 blade in person if you can.
    3. Possibly even cooler at your lap.
It runs cool on the lap as long as you are not GAMING on your lap. My idle temps are in the 30s (Celsius).
    4. SD card reader & magnetic charger (just as Linus said)
SD reader is completely pointless unless you are a photographer, and besides USB C is the future. I'd rather have an additional USB C port over an SD card reader, you can always get an adapter for cheap. As for the magnetic charger I do agree, but I think apple might have a patent on magnetic charging.
    5. More that 60HZ screen
More than 60Hz is not needed on a GTX 1060, when I play GTA 5 I get 50-60fps avg.
    6. Smaller input lag RAZER BLADE LATE 2016 40 MS Alienware 25 MS
The "input lag" is simply a result of the type of screen, IPS is slower than OLED but it is more accurate out of the box.
    7. possibly even a GTX 1070 if it will become possible in the next model. NOT SOMETHING WE REALLY NEED
A GTX 1070 is not possible at the size of the blade, it would thermal throttle.
    8. AND FOR GOD SAKE LESS FAILING BLADES MANY GOT PROBLEMS WITH THE SCREEN OR FANS NOISE
Not so many blades "fail" and I've personally had a decent experience with customer service. I had coil whine when I got it so I sent it for RMA and they sent one back that was perfect.
    Edit:
A list of things I would actually want:
-Additional USB C port (on the left side)
-Ability to charge at half speed through USB C (so that I can use a power bank to charge it)
-Fingerprint reader on the power button (It would be amazing to be able to unlock with 1 tap)
-Ambient light sensor (so that the keyboard lighting and screen change brightness automatically)
-Chroma Razer logo on the back (RGB instead of only green)
-Thermal system that doesn't have air intakes directly on the bottom (more like mac)
-Metal hinge instead of plastic (more like mac)
None of these things are really NEEDED, they would just be a cherry on top of an already great ice cream sundae.

Poeple who hates bezel size from Blade, mostly because they don't have it, and only see on video reviews etc. If you have it, and use it you will know why, its black color prevents the bezel to be more attracted in eyes. For me, I think It's designed for durability in portable thin form gaming laptop, and i don't see bezel in gaming or media consumption anyway. Redesign it to keep 14 inch in smaller cassis with thinner bezel will take Razer team more time, maybe sometime in 2018, because this year, they still have to bring first in February already announced UHD 14 which i think still in same form base on their website.

I just want an alternative option of having a Ryzen possibly a 1700X or a 1800X , could even have a Threadripper if and when it's out , do I ask for too much ? It could be something more affordable for many people.

Don't you guys think there should be a Razer Blade Stealth with a Matt screen to prevent reflection and minimised visibility.

    Smaller bezels is a must.
    120Hz screen would be A1.
    A BETTER TRACK PAD.

Other than that, keep the thin profile of the laptop and don't risk it for a GTX 1070 or anything. Just please try to do something about the fan noise. Not 100% quiet... just quite.

You guys are doing a great job - just some tinkers that the community would really appreciate.

When will the next laptop drop to you guys think?

A second Thunderbolt port would be nice, maybe

    My two cents:

1: smaller bezels to get a 15.6 inch screen without changing form factor
2: a more powerful gpu (of course not beating the pro but still stronger than the 1060 so it can run games at higher than 1080 res with 75+ fps)
3: higher refresh rate screen please!!!
    4: better speakers
5: bump up the power adapter a bit so no starving of power to components

Agree with all points, only the first point, keep 14 screen but in smaller form factor to keep the weight under 1,9kg. And with gunmetal colors option, like stealth, but with Chroma please!!!

I really hope they don't use the mechanical switches- they were not my favorite. i ended up returning my blade pro.

Don't worry I think there's no place to put mechanical keyboard on Blade 14;) It will maybe only add bad thermals output.

I was really exited waiting for the blade 14 2017 and then bummed seeing it only had 16 gigs of ram without any upgrade options.. so I really hope the next gen would have 32 gigs.. apart from that it's a masterpiece

Like every one else said i think bezels should be shrunk and fan noise should be more under control (noisy fan makes embarrassing in silent places like at work or in school while laptop is not under load), add some items too like Wider color gamut RGB and Adobe RGB also more Accurate color representing ΔE (Delta-E) less than 1.5 for productivity and some other things you know that needs upgrade Like Power unit (adapter) to be upgraded from 160 to 180 Watt [for power brick itself that not get hot for to some watt shortage] or even display refresh rate From 60Hz to 120Hz ....

Sadly it is not possible to charge Blade via USB-C. USB-C (with Power Delivery) can only handle 100 Watts of power, and Blade requires about 160 Watts. So only by using 2 USB-C cables which will look strange.

Saving every month 200 bucks from now it's your first steep;) and next year in the same time you could get decent Razer Blade with maybe newest CPU, GPU and thinner bezel with lighter weight.

There's no gaming laptops that has USB C charging capabilities yet, or maybe forever. Only Blade stealth and other low powered ultrabook have that feature, correct me if I'm wrong. The only dGPU powered laptops with those capabilities is ultrabook which has mx150 or older 940MX, like HP envy13 , Mi Air 13 but those are not gaming laptops, will definitely going hot if used as gaming machine.
