My wife brought me for chrismas a razer pc gaming laptop, the model is: Razer Blade 15 base model early 2020, the trouble is the next ..
i dont have signal for wifi .. i cant put the pc at mode airplane .. and when i wanna see the connections for wifi, says this:


Network & Internet Settings
Change settings, such as making a connection metered.


i've tried everything, and the support answer like a robot, i've sent the requirements to help me, and they do not answer coherently ..
The problem keep it in mode safe, I've tried put again the drivers and more '' solutions ''
i think that its problem technic ..
i have five months whit her
