What is happening to my keyboard?

Hello Razer Community,

Since 3 days ago my keyboard has been behaving relatively badly. Pressing the "W" key appears on the screen something like "ADWS" written, and then repeats the same and sometimes ends up erasing what is written or opening pages and folders on the computer with just one click. So, I bought the keyboard about 6 months ago and I had never experienced anything like it with another keyboard. I've tried everything from the reset or cleaning videos for keyboards provided by razer. I've tried connecting to another computer and changing the USB port, but unfortunately the problem remains.
I'm afraid it might be something that makes it impossible for me to repair it, because being an expensive keyboard it shouldn't happen.

The keyboard purchased is a Blackwidow V3 Green Switch.

Thanks for your help, I'm really worried about the situation.

Maybe you have some short circuit.
Never spilled anything on her?
I guess only the guarantee remains.

Did you already try performing the steps here? Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty.
