If you could take elements of your favourite games and have them made into a single game, what would your 'dream game' be and what concepts would it borrow from other games?
League without the shit community CS:Go without the hackers games without DLC's Preferably the latter.
Field of Fire... from VGHS. I think that if done correctly it would be the best game in the world, aside from pong.
I would love to see a Vindictus type combat system combined with open world aspects of Tera. As well as a well thought out storyline that doesn't focus on the grinding and collecting.
Something like Sword Art Online, where you really feel like the game is reality. It'd have to be something like Tera or FFXIV.
Monster Hunter MMORPG, even better with VR. Sadly it won't be released any time soon, I'm looking maybe 20-30 years or even further
There's some company 3D scanning sections of the earth with drones for an upcoming RPG "ReRoll" that will be one of those flexible gameplay time (hunter/gatherer/etc path). If that really does come out and works, and I can snipe people in the snow , then that will be pretty much perfect.
A dream game would be : Huge like skyrim Mod enabled like skyrim and minecraft Fight mechanics of Mount & Blade Endless craft possibility (a bit like minecraft) You can't craft what you want. Nothing is preset, if you take a stick and sharpen it, it can be used as a weapon. Real life physics and law. If something heavy fall on you : you die. If something sharp it you : you bleed. etc. And well having awesome graphics would be cool. Include some element of don't starve. Such as dying from cold, or going insane. That game would be awesome. Edit : making this game online (cooperative) would be crazy. nemesis system like in Shadow Of Mordor I like Mount & Blade fight mechanics, but some element of Batman Arkham City, Shadow of Mordor and Assassin's Creed would be great too.
My dream game would be an amazing single-player RPG, such as Skyrim, that transitioned into a balanced and awesome MMORPG style experience when you were done with the story. The netcode would be tight and lag-free, it'd be Steam-enabled, and there would be no compromises in terms of storyline or quality. All the NPCs would be voice-acted, as well.
