I would like to know users' opinions on their razer headsets.
Why did you buy it?
What drew you to it?
Were there any features that affected your decision?
How does it compare to other companies?
How has it lasted over time?

Personally went with the Blackshark V2. I love it so far. I went for durability, mic quality and overall reliability without murdering my wallet in the process. The Mic is really good quality and I can control its output settings in synapse. I'm not a huge fan of the spatial audio as quite a few games I play it can get quite disorientating, world of tanks being one of the biggest offenders with spatial audio. Otherwise, score wise, 9 out of 10.
Kraken Tournament Edition. I like its audio card that can control level of bass. Didn't like thx 7.1 too much, but.. in some games like csgo it gives a little bit better orientation of where the opponent is. BUT! the volume wheel on the wire is the biggest trash! when you use it, one speaker plays louder than another and it is super annoying.... but, i got it only for 45$, so i guess it was best choice for this price. i can give for them maximum $50, not more.
Have 3 of them Kraken, Kraken Ultimate, Nari Ultimate
Nari is the best, better sound, batter bass, vibration.
Kraken Ulti is of corse better then regular Kraken. Its have THX, more options to play with. But its USB.
The best thing of normal Kraken is that is 3.5mm and u can plug it anywhere.
I've had my BlackShark V2 since August and it is the most comfortable gaming headset I've ever owned.

I read at least a half dozen reviews that praised the sound quality, light weight, passive noise cancellation, and how it still felt comfortable and not too warm after hours of game play.

Any negatives regarding the microphone and build quality were not a concern for me since I don't take the headset anywhere and have yet to even attach the mic for anything.

Another feature I really wanted to experience was the THX Spatial Audio, but here I am four months later and not a single game I play has a THX profile released for it. I still can't believe there isn't a THX profile for Cyberpunk 2077.

Anyway the BlackShark V2 was a huge improvement over the Logitech G933 I was using before and I don't even miss not having a wireless headset. The combination of comfort and sound quality you get for $100 is hard to beat.
Personally I would say my Razer Kraken 7.1 lite as they cost so little and don't look to gamery if you see what I mean meaning that I can use them on the bus to uni without getting weird looks!
